I’m Louise, a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist

I specialise in helping people who struggle with anxiety - so they can worry less, sleep better, and live with more ease and purpose. I also offer support to those struggling with conflict and stress. I offer therapy in Bristol, North Somerset and online.

How I work

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - a proven, practical method - combined with hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. I offer Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy in Bristol and North Somerset in the southwest of England, UK and online. 

Together, we will:

  • Identify what’s keeping you stuck and set clear, realistic goals

  • Explore tools to manage anxiety and sleeplessness, quiet your inner critic, and reconnect with your strengths

  • Build new patterns through personalised support, including recordings and resources
